Activities in Malindi

This is the last large, protected fragment of East African Coastal forest, and home to four endangered mammals and six threatened birds.

Gede Ruins is a 12th Century Swahili village that was mysteriously abandoned some 600 years ago. It is now a National Museum.

It is a large tidal inlet lined with mangrove forest and renowned for its waders, kingfishers and crab plovers.

This park is endowed with aquatic life and is home to over 600 species of fish, dolphins, turtles, anemones, crabs, lobsters, sea cucumbers, prawns, octopuses and diverse birdlife.

This is a beautiful private zoo featuring an extensive collection of birds of prey and other animals.

Also known as Marafa, Hells Kitchen is a sandstone canyon outside of Malindi, Kenya. Known locally as Nyari – “the place broken by itself” – it was once a great sandstone ridge worn by wind, rain, and floods into a series of jagged gorges.

This is a unique site unknown to many people with a golden sandy beach in Mambrui. The place is very beautiful, expansive and private.
