Naivasha welcomed us with a cool morning breeze and the serene sight of its famous acacia trees. Lunch back at Elsamere was an experience in itself. Their famed tea and cake selection accompanied tales of Joy Adamson’s conservation work, narrated by the warm lodge staff. It was more than just a meal—it was a walk through history and passion for preserving Kenya’s beauty.

As the sun dipped, painting the horizon in hues of gold and lavender, the calm waters of Lake Naivasha mirrored the sky in a spectacular display. The day’s finale was a peaceful moment by the lake, reflecting on the magic Naivasha holds.
